She started the brand name SAAD to work with women groups. Training became integral part to ensure quality and timely output. Industrial garments gave sustainability to the women groups as there were recurring orders in bulk. Gradually moved to North East and now working with weavers. Training school dropout girls in textile and fashion. Worked in Assam and now in Meghalaya. Trained about 80 girls and few are working also as trainers themselves.
